Good to know before we start.
How much does it cost?
Each package is a fixed monthly fee, quoted after a short call once I know your channels and how much you need. One-off projects, such as a brand kit on its own, get a fixed quote too. You'll know the full price before we start, and there are no hourly bills.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of our first call. That covers your brand kit and your first monthly calendar. The timing depends on you sharing your logo, brand assets and account access promptly. One-off pieces come with a delivery date in the quote.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of changes on each piece are included, and most posts need one. If the brief changes after you've approved the calendar, I'll tell you before doing any extra work.
What do you need from me?
Your logo and any brand guidelines, product or team photos, access to the accounts I'll post to, and one named person who approves content. For legal, tax or other regulated topics, someone qualified on your side checks the facts before anything goes live.
Is there a contract or notice period?
Yes, a short written agreement that sets out what's included each month, the fee and the key dates. After the first month it rolls monthly, and either of us can end it with 30 days' notice.
Do you work with US clients?
Yes. I'm in London, and UK afternoons overlap with US mornings, so calls are easy to book with the East Coast and can be arranged with the West Coast. I write in US or UK English and schedule posts for your local time.
Which tools do you use?
Canva for design, Mailchimp for email, WordPress for blogs, and Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn for scheduling. If you already use other tools, tell me on our call and I'll confirm I can work in them.
Who owns the files?
You do, once each month's invoice is paid. Templates are built in your own Canva account, so they stay with you if we stop working together. Stock photos and fonts follow their own licences, and I'll tell you if any need a paid licence.
