The brief

We're a plumbing and heating firm in Leicester, and most of our work comes from word of mouth. We wanted our social channels to show real jobs, share quick fixes and remind people to book a boiler service before winter.

01 · Challenge

The challenge

Trades content is often stock photos and price offers. Halden needed proof from real jobs, and posts timed to land when people start thinking about their heating.

02 · Approach

The approach

  1. Made signal yellow, the colour of the van and uniform, the anchor of every grid row.
  2. Created Two-Minute Fix, a weekly tip series for simple jobs like bleeding a radiator.
  3. Timed a boiler-service reminder to the first cold snap.
  4. Turned reviews and job photos into a weekly job-of-the-week carousel.
