The brief

Amber glass serum bottle with a dropper on a pink stone surface, with a stone bowl and olive leaves in soft sunlight.
The brief

We make botanical skincare in batches of 200 in Bristol. Our products are simple, but our feed looked busy and mismatched. We wanted it to feel as calm as our routines, with real texture and real customers.

01 · Challenge

The challenge

Skincare feeds blur together. Solenne needed a look people recognise in a second, and product claims that stay honest about what the products do.

02 · Approach

The approach

  1. Built a soft palette of milk, blush, clay rose, sage and plum, with Cormorant Garamond headlines and Jost body text.
  2. Set three content pillars: product, ritual and education, and proof from the studio.
  3. Planned the grid so no two neighbouring posts share a format, with blush and plum alternating down the rows.
  4. Created Ritual Notes, a weekly education series with one fixed template.
03 · Deliverables

What I delivered

  • Tone-of-voice notes with lines to use and avoid
  • 9-post Instagram grid
  • Routine Reel cover with on-screen hook
  • Customer repost template
  • 5-slide how-to carousel
  • 5-slide photo dump
  • Search-led caption and alt text

  • Ritual & educationHow-tos and the weekly Ritual Notes series.
  • Proof & studioCustomer words and small-batch behind the scenes.

Grid logic

Each row mixes a photo, a type-led tile and an education or proof post, so no two neighbours share a format. Blush and plum alternate down the grid to keep it balanced.
